Young Advisor Lead (2026)

I’m Jasmin and I am the lead for the Midlands Young Advisors. I had the pleasure of working with the team back in 2018 where we devised the first ever Let’s Get Mental Conference. It’s great to see all the team has achieved since then and the great work they are doing now.

As the YA lead, I support the team to work towards their vision and organise our work commitments.

As well as my role as the Midlands Young Advisor Lead, I also work as the Research and Academic Lead for Associate Development Solutions (our parent company), where I work on evaluation projects, work with mental health services and schools, and teach on postgraduate courses for leaders within health and social care professions. My professional background is in Psychology, and so these roles are great as they are a combination of my many passions!
